UCLA Softball Hosts Los Angeles Regional, Faces Cal State Fullerton Friday
5/13/2008 - The UCLA Softball team, seeded second nationally in the NCAA Tournament, opens up postseason play on Friday against Cal State Fullerton in the second Regional game of the day at Easton Stadium. Friday's first contest pits Nevada against Purdue at 2:30 p.m., with the Bruins-Titans tilt starting 30 minutes after the conclusion of the Wolf Pack-Boilermakers game. Bruins Earn No. 2 National Seed for NCAA Tournament
5/11/2008 - The UCLA softball team earned the No. 2 national seed for the 2008 NCAA Softball Tournament, as announced on Sunday night. The Bruins will host Nevada, Purdue and Cal State Fullerton in a regional at Easton Stadium that begins on Friday. UCLA will face Cal State Fullerton in the second game on Friday, approximately 30 minutes after the first contest of the day between Nevada and Purdue, which starts at 2:30 p.m. Read Full Release
